Application
The hairpin bender machine is one of the necessary equipment of HVAC production line. We have full range HVAC equipment such as high speed fin press, progressive fin die, servo type tube expanding machine, semi automatic and fully automatic hairpin bender, etc. This semi automatic hairpin bending machine has the functions of manual feeding, servo positioning, servo bending, and servo unloading. The hairpin length ranges 200-3000mm. The tube diameter ranges from 7mm-16mm. The production efficiency can be 2-5pcs per cycle.
