CDU-A202 Control Display Unit is designed and programmed to implement the sequences for testing the torque wrenches. The specifications have been derived from the IS standard IS 6789-2:2017. The capability is also extendable for the electrical torque tools like screw drivers, by using an attachment for the system. The device captures two different parts of the standard for both the manufacturers and calibrators alike. The system is designed to suffice the verifications of repeatability and reproducibility of the tool for verification and audit purpose. The display unit works as the control with the provision of controlling the motor for conducting the steps as defined in the standard.
