The precision size can reach the micron level, ensuring the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

The original Taiwan spindle is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel. After quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, the surface hardness reaches above HRC-62°, and the effective hardened layer on one side reaches above 1.5mm. The spindle adopts dynamic Oil film spindle.
