1. Precise and Stable Gas Corrosion Environment Simulation: the chamber provides high-accuracy closed-loop control of SO₂ and CO₂ gas concentration, temperature, and humidity. SO₂ and CO₂ concentrations are adjustable from 0 to 1% by chamber volume, monitored in real time by dedicated gas sensors to ensure fast response and precise regulation. The temperature operating range is 15 °C to 80 °C, with temperature fluctuation controlled within ±0.5 °C and deviation within ±2.0 °C. The humidity system is designed for high-moisture operation and can stably simulate approximately 95% RH, fully meeting the wet corrosive atmosphere requirements of UL1332 and UL2431. Even during hundreds of hours of continuous testing, environmental parameters remain highly stable, ensuring excellent test repeatability and data consistency.

2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance and Structural Reliability: the workroom interior is constructed from SUS316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to SO₂, CO₂, and high-humidity corrosive environments. The chamber is insulated with ≥100 mm thick high-performance polyurethane insulation, minimizing heat loss and enhancing temperature and humidity stability. The exterior features a protective-coated steel structure that delivers both mechanical strength and long-term corrosion resistance. This robust construction significantly reduces maintenance requirements and ensures long service life in demanding laboratory and industrial applications.

3. Flexible Programmable Test Control: the system is equipped with a 7-inch PID programmable color touchscreen controller, supporting up to 120 programs with 100 segments per program for complex test sequences. Users can freely program and combine temperature, humidity, SO₂/CO₂ gas concentration, air exchange, and exhaust timing, enabling constant exposure tests, multi-stage tests, and cyclic corrosion testing. Data logging and communication are supported via USB and Ethernet interfaces, facilitating long-term data storage, analysis, and test report generation for R&D, UL certification, and routine quality control.

4. Uniform and Consistent Test Conditions: a high-efficiency centrifugal air circulation system ensures thorough mixing of temperature, humidity, and corrosive gases throughout the chamber. The top-air-supply and bottom-return airflow design minimizes spatial variation, ensuring uniform environmental conditions across all sample locations. The chamber is fitted with two adjustable punched SUS316 stainless steel sample racks, each supporting up to 25 kg, guaranteeing consistent exposure conditions and improving test reliability and comparability.

5. Comprehensive Safety and Environmental Protection Design: the chamber integrates a NaOH gas absorption exhaust system, which neutralizes SO₂ and CO₂ after testing and automatically discharges treated gas under controller supervision, ensuring laboratory air safety. Multiple safety protection systems are standard, including over-temperature protection, water shortage protection, over-current protection, earth leakage protection, compressor high-pressure protection, and grounding protection, ensuring safe and stable long-term operation. An electromagnetic door lock with interlock control prevents accidental door opening during testing, providing comprehensive protection for operators, test specimens, and laboratory environments.
