Description:
Genizer online liposome extruder unit is made of pharmaceutical grade 316L stainless steel approved by FDA and GMP and the stainless steel micron-pore supporting mesh guarantees the maximum pressure operation. It's used for production of pharmaceutical liposomes such as anti-cancer drugs from testing to manufacturing scale, with temperature control. Homogenous samples can be produced quickly and easily in minutes; typically 5-10 passes are sufficient to produce a sample with uniform liposome size.
The NanoPump (single pump) and PilotPump (dual pumps) help to deliver pressure with high accuracy to force the material to pass through the membrane. They're designed with an intelligent PLC system, which is easy to operate and all parts in contact with medium are 316L stainless steel, 17-4ph stainless steel, titanium alloy, tungsten carbide, PTFE, UHMWPE or other corrosion-resistance materials.
