FLUKE SC2082 Signal Clamp for SmartTrace 2082 Series

The Fluke SC2082 Signal Clamp pairs with the user's SmartTrace 2082 Series Underground Utility Locator to work in situations where it is not possible to gain access to a cable for making an electrical contact or for when it is not safe to do so. This clamp provides an efficient and safe method of applying a locate signal to a cable by enabling the 2082's transmitter to induce a signal through the insulation into the wires or pipes. The SC2082 only works on low-impedance closed circuits.
